The simplest option when you don’t care what the avatar looks like much could be to find a ready-to-go avatar on the unity asset store. There are some free options as well. All you need to do it make sure you are logged in with your unity account, and click add to my assets for the avatar you want.
If you log into your Unity hub / editor with the same Unity account, you can then find the avatar under Window->Package Manager->Packages: My Assets.
