- Intranet - A lot of general TU related information but also some news stuff and other useful resources. You’ll need to log in with your TU account.
- Slack - There is a (HRI) Slack workspace you can participate in. Ask around for people to admit you into the workspace!
- Teams - Another platform often used at CoR/HRI for communications. If you connect it with your TU Delft account, it’ll be easy to find people and contact them. You can then also easily send files from your Onedrive and collaborate on them with your teammates.
- Opleidingsportaal - Here you can register for courses.

- Miro - Great tool with many templates allowing you to set up scrollable “white-boards” in which you can create diagrams / visual structures in many flexible ways and is relatively simple to learn. Also has a great education plan that offers premium services for free.
You can consider making to do lists in your note taking software, but having a specialized program for it can be quite useful.
- Todoist - Simple but powerful note taking tool that has calendar integration, projects, filters and more! If you want unlimited functionality, you’ll need to pay (4$/mo) however.
- TickTick - A good alternative that is a bit more flexible without paying for a pro version.
- Microsoft Teams - Default used at TU Delft (Licensed at TU Delft). Has a bit of everything as you can use apps to extend it.
- Jira (Atlassian) - Offers a lot more than most others without the need for any premium subscription. Integrates well with software development. Many useful templates that can help you set up your project in a flexible but structured & manageable way.
- Asana - Great team management platform. Free version is pretty complete. If you want to work with larger teams, you will need the premium version.
Having a password manager can make your life a lot easier.
- BitWarden - A good and free password manager that is recommended a lot.

- Cosmin - COSMIN aims to improve the selection of outcome measurement instruments both in research and in clinical practice by developing methodology and practical tools for selecting the most suitable outcome measurement instrument.
- Transcription tools - guide on how to use software to make transcripts of audio recordings of your interviews to make them easier to store (both in terms of space and in terms of legal problems).
